Updating an existing dialysis centre listing on the Global Dialysis website

There are three potential update routes:

1.  Did you enter the original listing and do you still use that email address? 

2.  Did you enter the original listing but your email address has now changed? 

3. Your original listing was done by someone else no longer at your centre? 

 

Actions required to update your listing

1.   Updating your original listing and you still own the email address.

1.1  Return to the site and login using your user name and password.

1.2  Complete the details about your centre and save.

2.   Updating your original listing but your email address has changed.

Please send us an email verifying the situation.  Once we have established that the new email is a valid replacement we can change this manually and set up the new email onto your account.

3.   Your listing was done by someone else no longer at your centre.

3.1 Firstly register with the site http://www.globaldialysis.com/component/comprofiler/registers.html

Complete the information as accurately as possible.

2.   You will be sent an email with a link.  Click on this link to activate your account.

3.   Then send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it giving details of your centre name, exactly as it appears in the current listing on the site. We will manually reassign the management and updating of the centre listing to you.

4.   Wait to receive confirmation email from us that this has been completed.

5.   Return to the site and login using your user name and password.

6.   Complete the details about your centre as requested and save the details.

 

Frequently asked questions

How often to I need to login to keep the information up to date?

In our experience centre information needs to be updated at least every four months.  Dialysis equipment changes, telephone numbers, contact details, all these essential bits of information are vital for users.  To do this login with your user name and password.
