One client lives in Barren County and needs transportation to appointments at 10 a.m. Saturdays. The other client lives in Simpson County and needs transportation for treatment on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday for 10 a.m. appointments. Need, case 4045: An elderly single woman who suffers from end-stage renal disease and lives on a fixed income needs transportation to and from dialysis treatments on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
