MABALACAT, Pampanga – Residents of the first district of Pampanga who are suffering from kidney failures and need dialysis treatments have something to be grateful for as the Pampanga provincial government and Rep. Carmelo Lazatin have signed an agreement to establish their own dialysis center.

Lazatin and Governor Lilia Pineda have signed a memorandum of agreement for the creation of the Mabalacat Dialysis Center in this town to cater to residents of Mabalacat, Magalang and Angeles City.

The lawmaker will allocate a P1.5-million from his Priority Development Assistance Fund while the provincial government will allot an additional P14 million to complete the project.

Lazatin said the dialysis center will benefit thousands of residents from the district. (Mark Anthony Manuel)
