Dr. Blecker, a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, has been practicing medicine for over 39 years and is currently the Chief in Nephrology at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. Dr. Blecker is also the Founder of Regional Nephrology Associates, a private practice located in south New Jersey.
