SPRINGFIELD - Springfield Clinic officials say they are opening a new facility aimed at treating patients with diabetes and kidney diseases.

The new center will be located at 350 West Carpenter Street in Springfield, and is set to fully open next week.  Officials say they will move their Endocrinology and Nephrology departments, as well as their Diabetes Learning Center, to the new facility from their current location on South 6th Street.

The newly-remodeled building features an expanded diabetes education center, new waiting room and furnishings, and more clinical space for the Endocrinology and Nephrology departments.  For more information about Springfield Clinic, visit www.springfieldclinic.com.
